It uses 36 elastic bands instead of metal springs, so there's no squeak or twang — just a soft, low thud as you land. Most people find it fine in apartments, especially with a mat underneath.
How much ceiling height do I need?
There's no single number, as it depends on your height and how high you bounce. As a general rule, stand on the mat and raise your arm — you want comfortable clearance above your hand. Most rebounding is low, gentle bouncing where your feet barely leave the mat.
Does it fold away?
Yes, the legs fold, so it can be stored flat behind a door, under a bed or in a press.
