How noisy is it?
The BERG 110 uses 36 elastic bands instead of metal springs. There's no creak or ping — what you hear is a soft, low thud each time you land. Smaller, controlled bounces are quieter again, and they're what most rebounding workouts are made of anyway.
Protecting your floor
The aluminium legs have anti-slip caps. On wooden, laminate or tiled floors, a rug or exercise mat underneath protects the surface and dampens the sound for whoever lives below.
Ceiling height — a general guide
The rebounder stands 30 cm high. Stand on the mat and reach up: you want comfortable clearance above your hand. Lower ceilings are usually fine for low, gentle bouncing; save bigger jumps for somewhere with more headroom.
Storage
Fold the legs and it slides behind a door, under a bed or down the side of a wardrobe. Out of sight, but quick to bring back out.
Which model for an apartment?
The standard 110 is the most compact. If you'd like a handle, the Stability Bar model uses the same rebounder with a bar added.
